Await Delivery

We now deliver your bread subscriptions every Sunday. Any changes to this day (due to holidays etc) will be relayed.

We put a lot of love, time, and care into every order, from baking your bread fresh, to packing it carefully, to getting it out on the road and delivered to your door. Because of this, we ask that you please read and understand the following delivery terms before placing your order.

Home Delivery – Terms & Conditions of Sale

Delivery Availability

Our home deliveries are made on the selected delivery day within the stated delivery window. While we’ll always do our best to deliver as close to your preferred time as possible, exact times can’t be guaranteed.

Someone at Home or a Safe Place Required

If no one is home at the time of delivery, we can only leave your order if a safe place has been clearly specified at checkout (for example: a porch box, shed, or designated spot).

If no one is available and no safe place has been provided, we unfortunately won’t be able to complete the delivery.

Missed Deliveries & Refunds

As all of our products are baked fresh to order and delivery involves both ingredient costs and time on the road, missed deliveries are non-refundable. This includes situations where:

  • No one is home
  • No safe place has been specified
  • We’re unable to leave the order safely

We hope you understand that by the time we reach your door, the baking has been done, the ingredients paid for, and the delivery time already invested.

Your Responsibility

Please make sure:

  • Someone will be available to receive the order, or
  • A clear and safe place is added to your order notes at checkout

This helps us ensure your order arrives safely and avoids disappointment on the day.
