Our Bread Lineup

Signature Sourdough

Our award-winning signature sourdough is made with two types of wheat, some spelt and some rye. It’s a crusty loaf with a characteristic waxy chew and open texture. This delicious loaf stays fresh for days and as a toasting loaf lasts for up to a week.

Seeded Sourdough

We enrich our signature sourdough with a blend of sunflower, flax and pumpkin seeds before we roll it in poppy. The resulting bread is beautifully fragrant with a super nutty flavour and is ideal as a bread basket choice, for toast, or sandwiches.

White Sourdough

Our classic white sourdough is a crusty loaf with a light and open texture, perfect for sandwiches. It will last for days and beyond that makes excellent toast!

Baguette

Our baguettes are hand-formed and naturally leavened with 100% sourdough, giving them a deep, rich flavor and a satisfying chew. Ideal for bread baskets, perfect for rustic sandwiches, and beautifully paired with cheese.

Rustic Ciabatta

Our hand-formed ciabatta are bouncy and fluffy; each has its own character. They are leavened with a blend of sourdough and yeast for a mild, but complex flavour. Ideal for sharing boards, toasted panini or sandwiches.

Rye Multiseed

Our multi-seed rye is a delicious, densely nutritious 100% dark rye loaf. Flax and pumpkin seeds provide flavour and texture. Leavened with sourdough, this bread has great shelf-life and the flavours develop over time. A fantastic lunchtime or open sandwich loaf, this is great thinly sliced with smoked fish, cured meats and good butter.

Milk buns

Like our milk loaves, our milk buns are wonderfully versatile—soft, fluffy, and subtly sweet. Perfect for breakfast menus, they shine in everything from bacon rolls to being filled with cream like a maritozzo, or simply enjoyed on their own.

White Tin

Our soft, white sourdough sandwich loaf. It may look like “classic plain white”, but it has excellent depth of flavour and a thinner crust. Designed for versatility, it fits neatly in a toaster and is great for all types of toasties and sandwiches. A loaf that can be eaten easily by all the family too.

Which days do you deliver?

We deliver 7 days per week, 362 days per year. 

What time do you deliver?

Delivery time slots vary depending on your location. Our team bakes fresh throughout the night, with deliveries starting in the early hours of the morning to ensure everything arrives before the start of morning food service.

Which areas do you deliver?

We deliver daily across Edinburgh, Glasgow, East Lothian, and West Lothian. For Fife, Perthshire, and the Scottish Borders, we offer dedicated delivery days each week. If you're based outside these areas, feel free to get in touch — we're always looking at ways to expand our delivery routes.

What is the minimum order?
