Local ingredients. Lower emissions. Less waste.
Rooted in Responsibility
We believe good food should do good, too. That’s why we prioritise Scottish suppliers and locally milled flour, keeping our supply chain close to home. Our vans help reduce the impact of every delivery, and our reusable crate system cuts down on single-use packaging across our wholesale operations. It’s a thoughtful approach to baking, one that respects the land, our partners, and the future.
From farm to table
How we bake
We’re proud to work closely with local suppliers, championing Scottish produce and the people behind it. From flour milled just 11 miles away to carefully sourced seasonal ingredients, we believe great baking starts with great farming. By supporting Scottish growers and producers, we’re not only honouring the land and its traditions, but strengthening the community that feeds us.
From single use boxes, to reusable crates
How we pack
By switching to reusable crates, we’ve saved around 40,000 single-use boxes and bags every year, the equivalent of saving 60 mature trees. That’s also the same as preventing over 1.5 tonnes of packaging waste from going to landfill and cutting CO₂ emissions equal to driving from Edinburgh to Sydney.
Driving with Purpose
How we deliver
In 2025 alone, we drove 87,000 miles in our mostly electric fleet, that’s the equivalent of 3.5 trips around the Earth. Prioritising electric vehicles is part of our commitment to reducing emissions and working towards net zero for our planet and our community.
