We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Nightshift Pastry Baker to join our expanding team. This is a hands-on, full-time role working in our dedicated pastry department. You’ll be involved in the pastry-making process, including:

• baking the large numbers of pastries we create each day
• producing seasonal specials for markets and wholesale
• creating a range of sweet bakes such as brownies, cookies, scones, and cinnamon buns

This role offers independence and the opportunity to be an integral part of our delivery team. Each morning, you’ll be responsible for delivering our products to wholesale customers in Edinburgh and Lothian, ensuring timely and friendly service.
