Pastry Baker

We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Pastry Baker to join our expanding evening team (4pm - 2am). This is a hands-on, full-time role working in our dedicated pastry department. You’ll be involved in the entire pastry-making process, including:

  • Mixing, laminating, shaping and baking
  • Producing seasonal specials for markets and wholesale
  • Creating a range of sweet bakes such as brownies, cookies, scones, and cinnamon buns

You’ll be part of a supportive, enthusiastic team that values learning, collaboration, and craft. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow within a fast-paced and dynamic bakery environment.
