We're looking for an individual to own the safe, compliant and reliable running of every Company Bakery site; bakery, production kitchen, mill and logistics hub, keeping us inspection-ready year-round, our kit maintained before it fails, and our teams working in good conditions.

It's a hands-on, multi-site role built around health and safety, with real ownership of maintenance, contractors, budgets and sustainability.

We're looking for a dedicated Accounts Support Assistant to join our team. You'll be at the heart of our accounts function, keeping invoicing, credit control and supplier payments running smoothly, and working closely with our internal team and our accountants.

You'll also be the accounts point of contact for our customers and suppliers, so a genuine understanding of our brand and industry - along with professionalism, a willingness to help, and firmness where needed - is essential.

This is a hands-on, full-time role working as part of our dedicated bread team. You’ll be involved in the production of all of our loaves including:

• Mixing, shaping, and baking sourdough and artisan breads
• Maintaining high standards of quality and consistency in every loaf
• Collaborating with the wider production team and supporting the pastry section when needed
